 I have to agree with Al. I've already run into multiple sites where
 00/00/0000 and 12/31/2099 have logical significance, although the cause
major
 problems with different implementations of DB2 and Y2K windowing schema.
It's
 going to be an interesting couple of years cleaning up this mess.
