In my experience, the Netware RCONSOLE client often didn't see the Netware server without help. Once you have installed the PC software on the workstation, and the Netware server is varied on, run RCONSOLE. It will say it doesn't find any servers. Press INSERT and it will ask for the network number of the network to be added. This is the number you gave the network when configuring INSNTWSVR. It will ask you for a password, the default password is always the same as the name you gave the network server.
