1. If the 3180 has the possibility for having its print key configured for 
SYSTEM or LOCAL choose SYSTEM in its setup.

2. Use the NetSoft Elite software on the Ethernet PC to define the attached PC 
Printer as an AS/400 system printer.

3. Change the device description on the AS/400 host for all terminals that need 
to send screen prints to the Ethernet PC printer to reference its AS/400 print 
queue name in the terminal device description field called Output Queue. 
WRKDEVD *DSP and place a 2 next to each terminal description that needs to be 
changed.

4. Vary each terminal that has been changed off and then back on. 

5. Print screens created with the print key will now go into the output queue 
servicing the Ethernet PC printer which is active when the NetSoft Elite 
software is enabled on the PC.
