I didn't mention this option as they seemed to be asking for a
connection that would use standard PC software like Procomm and the
Async modem.  The SDLC option requires a Synchronous modem and a MPCA
(MultiProtoCol Adapter) or old SDLC card for the PC.
(Although it IS my preferred solution if you only have on eor two PC's
that need to connect - any more than that and the SYnc Modems/MPCA cards
for the PC's start to outweigh the cost of an ASCII WSC or Protocol
converters for 400.
