I am convinced that there is a lot of Y2K problems out there, but I am
just as strongly convinced the problems will in fact be reduced to the
same sorts of aggravations we all faced 25 years ago as computers came up.
Remember the stories about having to send in checks for $0.00 to avoid
penalties and small claims courts? And remember there were companies that
couldn't make the switchover and failed? Usually those were the companies
with many other problems, too. In other words, we won't solve the whole
problem, but the world won't stop, either. imho.
