We use Silvon's DesignTracker & Implementer software.  Tech support is OK
for most of the
simple stuff, but bugs don't seem to get fixed.  Majority of the problems
we have had center
around multiple systems at remote sites.  I have a problem that I called in
in Jan., but it is still in
"development" with no anticipated fix date.  Software works great on a
single system.
