For now we stopped the DSPJOB report from printing by having it
go to an old outq.  Checked QEZDEBUG outq and found numerous
dumps.  Majority of errors are:, record not found, array error, I/O errors, 
permanent I/O error, device does not contain an entry for screen 
size, etc.  We put up V3 R2 but did not apply any of the specified 
PTF's.  Could this be the problem???
