RPG IV vs RPG ILE

Well, when you're working in SEU, and you are coding an RPG 4 program,
the source member type is RPGLE... Some of the features of RPG 4 are D
Specs, bifs and procedures. There are some RPG4 features that are
implemented in RISC, but not in CISC. 

ILE is available on both RISC and CISC. Some of the features of ILE are
activation groups, service programs and modules.
