I have used the VisualAge tools and used the VA-RPG tool for some minor things. I found it fun and useful. For RPG guys, it is not that difficult to pick up the few new opcodes. At this point in time, though, I would recommend looking into VA for Java and the AS/400 toolbox. Betas for both are out, and IBM has clearly stated that this is the future direction for programming on the AS/400. Chris Rehm Mr.AS400@ibm.net You have to ask yourself, "How often can I afford to be unexpectedly out of business?" Get an AS/400. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the Midrange System Mailing List!
