Thanks Neil for the help with our POP3 questions.  We downloaded the 
PTF's and have green screen clients communicating.  
We are still having trouble with 3.1 clients because most of the 
e-mail packages want a dialer, - and we are connected through the LAN 
with framerelay.  I downloaded the 3.1 enhanced beta for CA and 
did not have much luck getting it going using TCP/IP. Unfortunately, 
at least 1/2 of our mail clients will be 3.1 - the proverbial problem 
of not enough horsepower to run 95.  Still working on it though.
