Thanks for the help.  It appears that SF40861 did the trick.  I had downloaded
the SF98151 PSP, and had SF40861 highlighted, but for some reason hadn't loaded
it.  I'm still a little confused by the instructions on Roadmap page D-1 which
talk about reordering PTFs to get updates.  Are there PTFs other than the PSP
which will be updated?
