Field pointer

Pointer is kind of static,  If we have a function %VALUE work like

     MOVE '12345'   flda
     MOVEL     'flda'         generic_fld
     EVAL     ptr01  = %addr(%value(generic_fld))

We should have ptr01 pointing to flda.

It would be really flexible.  We can avoid a lot of CAS, WHEN, or IF/ELSE.
