I heard some talk a while back about anonymous FTP being available at the
V3R2 and V3R7 levels, but I don't think than anyone has addressed that in
this thread specifically (I may have missed it).  Does anyone have a take on
this (if available)?  What are the security considerations?  Any other
considerations?
