It's been 2 months since you posted your note but in case you are still
interested....

I selected IBM's Internet Global Network for its huge list of local numbers.

FYI:  Germany had 36 numbers as of 4/11/97 and 41 as of 7/31/97 so it's
constantly growing.

E-mail me directly if you'd like the list of numbers.  It's a text file of
size 44,110 bytes.
