I am over the 50-user limit for my v3.11 Novell licence and have to stretch
where possible. I have some users that don't have to have the Novell side
of things until I can plan an upgrade.
If they are using DOS/Windows 3.1, their autoexec.bat has 4 things; lsl,
lansup, ipxodi and netx. I can REM out the netx thus not using up a Novell
connection and still be able to connect to the AS/400.
I don't know how to do the same under Windows 95. I am using the NetSoft
Router in CA/400 for Windows 95 v3r1m2. I'm on V3R7 as of tonight!
Can anyone help me?
TIA. Glenn
P.S. Also looking for a Novell v3.11 licence larger than 50-user. Perhaps
there is someone out there that went to NT and has a box sitting on the shelf?
