I am having the same problem.  I thought that it was a problem with V3R2.
I haven't retuired it since installing the l;atest cum tape.

I wound up writing a MNGSPLF utility (Manage Spool File Utility) that,
using API's displayed all of the spooled output for a user.  Taking an
option '1' sends the print file to my LPD printer.  Let me know if the code
would help.
