This is probably not what you want/need but I will throw it out as a
suggestion.  At the NEWS/400 site they have a freeware
package that will synch your system with the National Bureau of Standards.
  One might possibly get good synchronization if
all machines synched with the NBS.

Unsophisticated but it could work.
