If you specify DSPFD to an output file specifying TYPE(*ATR) and
FILEATR(*PF) for a range of files (e.g.:  MYLIB/*ALL, MYLIB/AP* or
*ALLUSR/*ALL), you can then query the output field checking the field
PHRUSE, where 'Y' OR 'N' can be observed.
