Yes, you can use ftp.  Of course the file will already have to be
formatted exactly right for the PF, though.  (FTP will take care of
the ASCII->EBCDIC stuff.)

Is it possible to move data from an RS/6000 directly into an externally
defined PF on an AS/400?  Any insight into this process would be
