>Does anyone know of a way to restrict COR rules out of a Rumba printer >session without manually changing any settings at the PC level? I have a >client that wants to test the use of legal sized paper via a Rumba print >session. Unfortunately, the printer prints landscape at 17CPI despite having >legal paper loaded and 12CPI specified in the print file. The goal is to >allow either legal or letter size used based upon the application, without >the user having to mess with Windows settings.. Dean, Try changing the PAGESIZE parm on the CRTPRTF to 80. If the record length is wider than 80 columns, PAGRTT(*COR) or PAGRTT(*AUTO) will rotate to landscape and shrink the print font to enable "all" 132 columns to fit on the page. Another choice is PAGRTT(0).
