Ariss Of course, it's quick and dirty, but you can try increasing keep-alive polling interval in NetSoft router. For some reason very often Netsoft can't get through to the AS/400 with a keep-alive request, and, conosequently, disconnects. If the connection is normally stable, there is nothing to worry about. I actually increased it to 999, thus eliminating keep-alive polling altogether.
