Hi Dave!  Excellent proofreader! ;-)

We changed the SbmJob commands for this subsystem so that Q1 is no
longer needed. We did not remove Q1 nor did we delete it, but it's
HLD at the time. Maybe some jobs still lose their way and queue up
in Q1. They will not be lost...
