NAW.  Look at the manuals regarding the CEE error handlers.  You'll find
most of what you wanna know in the ILE C Programmer's Guide.  There are
several good examples of how to use exception handling.  It's really not
hugely different from RPG.  AND GOTO-s aren't needed.
