        You have to be kidding me!  The weather is terrible in Buffalo.  I
lived in Albany for 5 1/2 yrs.  The only thing that kept me from being
driven crazy by the weather was the thought that Buffalo wuz worse. 
Well, I guess if you like shoveling your car out of the snow every two
hours...
