You should be able to do a DSPFFD on either the LF or the underlying PF to
see what fields are in the LF.

Or, if you have Query/400, you can use it to see what fields are in the
file as well.

DSPFD on the LF and you should be able to see what fields make up the key,
and any select/omit statments involved.

With all of this information you should be able to re-create the DDS
required to create the LF.
