If you are using a Net.Data macro, the parameter can be passed as an
environment variable. ILE programs can retrieve the variable with an
API call. QtmhGetEnv is an API that exists in QTCP/QTMHCGI, at least
at V3R2 and V3R7.
If you need to put an environment variable, there is a PTF for V3R2
and V3R7, to provide that API.
