Actually, WSG can store the IP address similar to Telnet, where it can be
retrieved via the QDCRDEVD API.  But you have to install a PTF to get the
function.  The function was 'rolled up' into the following PTF's:

SF43511  WSG_V3R2
SF43509  WSG_V3R7
SF43510  WSG_V4R1
