>>> nice stuff coming out with NT 5. But the summation was basically, "It's SOLID"...and people are writing native apps for it...<<< Well I hope they have better luck than the folks I was hearing about at a User Group the other night who are in Deeeeep trouble with the NT system that replaced their AS/400. The least of their problems is that the NT _servers_ need to rebooted on average 3 times a day. Their annual spend is running 2X budget (the project was supposed to save money), etc. etc. Of course this is not being publicised because too many people's rear ends would be on the line! Yet another reason why you folks need to join Al in voicing concerns over the 400s "image" since this site was lost on the basis of the 400s old-fashioned image in the minds of the company's execs. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
