SUBJECT:        NetSoft Disconnecting                                           
           


I know this has been discussed before, but would appreciate any 
responses on how to cure the NetSoft disconnecting problem.  The 
problem has only started occurring the last few weeks and is very 
annoying for the user.

She connects and gets the printer session established, does something 
else and about every 7 minutes, her session is disconnected.  Very 
annoying.

Any information would be appreciated.
