In the past we had the same problem with some work files. When we do FTP of those files to PC, the last character if it is blank was getting truncated. We couldnot come out with a better alternative. So when generating the files, we've moved '0' to the last character so that the last character will never be blank. This way we have avoided the problem. But I know that this is not a right solution but to make the applications running, we have to do some crazy fixes like this. -Venu +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
