Everybody already know who IBM is and what they do
Nobody knows what an AS/400 is or what it does

Right. How many here, in the choir, know that new machines come in the
front door with a sample www homepage installed and viewable over tcp/ip?
Or that the AS/400 includes server daemons for telnet, ftp, http, pop, and
smtp? How many people that buy a PC server in the world this week will
even be aware that the AS/400 is a contender? Or, like Art asked, "64
bit? so? what's in it for me?"
