As well changing the Inactivity Timeout (INACTTIMO) you also have
to change the Timemark timeout (TIMMRKTIMO) telnet attribute and make
it about 3-5 minutes larger that the Inactivity timeout. Otherwise, a
connected but inactive session is never killed.

I don't think it does. You can control the Telnet inactivity timeout in
the telnet
attributes. CHGTELNA INACTTIMO(). The default is 3600 seconds.
