That's what I meant!  oops!  

I do think its possible that a there might be enough of a lag between
when a job is assigned a number and when it shows up on a jobq that they
could get out of order.  Since another post mentioned that this is
documented (making a "feature" instead of a "bug"), I was just trying to
suggest why.  

Still, best way to control the order stuff runs in is to submit it to a
single threaded jobq with a unique priority.
