I started to respond that file members are objects, but decided to dial up a 
user
with some homegrown in the S/36EE before I responded and sure enough DSPFD gave
me date last used of the member.  You could use *OUTFILE then query the results.

When I did *MBRLIST for type of data to display it didn't show it but *ALL did.
