Very Interesting Processs:
               I can think of messagging with a break message queue from
the submitted job to the submitter job.
     1.- Submit the job and record the job submitted in some sort of record
or data area                       2.- The submitted job will resolve the
job that submitted this job and will issue a command request to the
          submitter... the request is release lock of the data area
                              3.- Now your submitted job can gain exclusive
lock to the data area.
