(Fwd) DSPSYMTBL RPG symbol table bug V3R7

I have loaded the code to display a RPG program symbol table, from 
the News/400 November 1995 issue, file name N95a127.bdl onto the 
AS400, V3R7, and recompiled it. 

It all works ok, but no symbol table is printed.The message 'No 
symbol table is present' appears on the printout. Maybe the save file
is stores differently since V3R7. Any fixes or work arounds.
