PTF's

Help!
         I have been trying to order PTF's from IBM and cannot seem 
to get in touch with the division that does this.  No one I have 
talked to, and that includes six transfers, knows where I can 
purchase software for my system 36.  I need to get the PTF's for 
version 6.0 of SSP II and the VASP package for this version, personal 
services/36, and the token ring software for the 36 and pc's.  If 
anyone knows a place or a division of IBM that has this software for 
sale, please tell.
