Your desktop machine running WinNT probably NEEDS 128 meg to run a 
single app.   Whereas the 400 probably is running numerous apps.

Queston: Why is the Mars pathfinder like WinNT?  
Answer:  Both can't go 6mos without being rebooted.(even with 128meg)

"just reboot and see if the problem goes away". 
               OR
