You don't describe the symptom of the problem.  But remember, an access path
created by OPNQRYF is dynamically maintained until it is closed by executing
CLOF or RCLRSC, an escape message occurs, or the job ends.  This means if a
record is added to a file over which the OPNQRYF has already been run, the
RPG program has access to the added record.
