It's based upon your current library.  I posted something on this a year or so
ago, but don't remember the DEC command.  AS/400 FTP appears to be based upon
the platform in question.  For example, connected to another AS/400 you can
use the CHGCURLIB command to determine which libraries files come from.
Connected to a PC, use CD\mylib to determine where files are located.
