Don't laugh...  I like to prompt all my CL DCLs... then I manually insert
blanks as if all variables were 10 characters long...  and field lengths
are 4.0.
It makes searching the DCLs easier if things are lined up.  IMHO.
I also manually 'sort' the DCLS into alphabetical order.  More time, but
easier to review in a year or so.
I also indent MONMSGs or things subservient to IFs for better reading.
