Greetings! OK folks, I've got a rather unique opportunity here... if someone on the list can help me, I can start running MIDRANGE.COM on REAL AS/400 HARDWARE! Ok... so maybe it's FORMER AS/400 HARDWARE :) Kirk Yates generously donated 5 SCSI drives from a retired AS/400 that he was able to reformat as PC drives. The only problem I currently have is: How do I set the SCSI address on the drives? I'd like to put 2 of the drives in the system and keep the rest as backup... but unless I can change the SCSI address, I can only put 1 drive in. The drive part number is "45G9492". The drives have Western Digital chips on them... so even if the original WDC model number can be identified, that would work fine too. Any assistance would be appreciated. david -- | Internet: david@midrange.com | WWW: http://www.midrange.com/david | | ...
