I have a program that will take a spooled file and let you put it into any file on the pc. Most of our companies have used it for this or even to put it into a database. It is shareware, and registration is a minimum of $30. It is called PRTRNG and can be found at: http://prairie.lakes.com/~bvstone/as400sw.html It has features such as allowing a range of pages to be downloaded, omitting lines from the spooled file (ie headings, etc.) The unregistered version available on my web page will work for spooled files of 30 pages or less. Give it a try! ---------- From: O'Connor, Peter H. The program would have to be generic so it could import any spread sheet Peter H. O'Connor PAE Inc. 7 Riverway Rd.
