Restoring from Tape

Problem:  A month ago I saved all my user Libraries to tape during my
regular save procedure using IBM BRMS.  The library I need to restore
has since been deleted from the system.  A new separte object was just
saved onto the tape with SEQNBR 1.  It is a very small object and could
not have overwritten the library I wish to restore.  Now logically, I
would assume the original Lib is somewhere on the tape, however I can't
see it when I do a DSPTAP.  Is there any way I can retrieve that object?
