Ed:

You need to use QMHLJOBL API with LJOB0100 format to get the job log messages in
a user space.  Then read the user space and manipulate as you wish.  I actually
put the darn thing in a subfile display with options to execute or prompt with a
command wrapper called WRKJOBLOG.
