Does anyone have any experiences or information they would be willing to share regarding pre-employment testing for programming abilities, specifically RPG/400-IV-ILE? We are currently searching for an additional programmer, and are looking for a way to quantify experience/abilities of applicants.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
