CA95 APVAFILE?

Hello folks,
When I try to access the "Send data to the AS400" from the top of my
PC5250 CA/Win95 session, it produces a command entry at the bottom of my
screen that says APVAFILE then some parameters related to the data I am
trying to transfer.
I couldn't find (APVAFILE) in my *LIBL and I browsed the Softcopy CD and
looked into other Q* libraries and found no command like this.
What is APVAFILE command, and why don't I have it?
