Tim,

CRTBNDRPG just runs CRTRPGMOD followed by CRTPGM. The object that it creates is 
the same one you would create if you ran those two commands yourself. 
Consequently, although there is only one user module involved, the system 
doesn't know. It could potentially contain multiple modules, so it is treated 
accordingly.
