I remember a similar situation in V3R1, although it was with a different message id, CPF1269. The purpose was the same, give more information about the error in order to fix the problem. This would no doubt be helpful...The information is there, show it to us so we don't have to guess what the problem is, or dig a zillion layers deep to get to the root of the problem. below is a snippet of that APAR.
