The soft-copy CDs have a nice section on the IFS.  It even shows you how
to see the sample web pages and images that are shipped with the new
e-series.  You also will want to use the F4 key and follow the
cookie-crumb trail to see what is easy to see.  (for example, the command 
dir  works on an AS/400 command line now.)
